This paper presents a case of Paragonimus Westermani infested in the pancreas causing intractable indigestion and epigastric pain of many years duration.
It has well known that Paragonimus Westermani can invade any organs or tissue.
So for in the literature it has been reported that Paragonimus Westermani infestation occured, in addition to lung, cuntral nervous system, in adrenal gland, great omentum, appendix, thoracic cavity, scrotum, testicle, kidney and crbital fossa.
Our case is probalby the first case of Pragonimus Westermani seen in pancreas that has been reported.
